Upload Express is a Windows Explorer plugin that sits in the context menu. You can select a file, and then right click and Upload!

Directions:
Open Windows Explorer
Select a file(*NOT* a folder)
Right click your mouse
You should see 'Upload Express' on the menu
In the submenu you can choose YouSendIt, ImageShack or an FTP Server(or setup a new FTP Server)
A dialog will popup showing you your upload progress
