This program converts SaskGeomatics TFM structured ASCII format to MapInfo interchange format (mid/mif). Users of MapInfo can then import the data directly into MapInfo database files. The program depends on the SaskGeomatics file naming and file structure to Extract the following information. For each parcel, the program extracts the PPID, a lot number or name (Lot), the township designation (Twp) to which the parcel belongs, a description of the lot (Desc), the date the TFM was created (Date), and a graphic representation of the parcel.
