All of the questions and tests are stored in an encrypted, password protected database for security. Questions are stored by user defined subjects. Each subject may include units such as chapters, lessons, blocks, and sections. Each unit may be given a descriptive unit name. Numerous fields are available for recording the question description, author information, reference information, teacher comments, the correct answer, type of question, and grade level. You may specify whether you want the question to include a leader blank for entering the answer and the length of the leader blank.

Most operations are done in a hierarchical outline view that you can drill down on to get more detailed information. Each test may be formatted independently. You may specify the page margins, the number of columns and the spacing Between columns. You can also specify if you want the date and/or a name blank for the student to enter his name to be included on the first page, even pages, odd pages or all pages and whether you want to include page numbers (you can specify the beginning page number).
