Point Recorder can also work in the background.

In that way it is possible to Set Point Recorder properly and to switch to other applications such as a Quick time player or an image Viewer and tracking a Contour or a moving point with the mouse in the foreground application.

Point Recorder will record in the background the successive mouse coordinates using the method indicated in the preferences.
