It is developed because our county GIS is huge and it is not practical to create a DXF
of the entire theme. The plug in I developed will allow our users to zoom into his area
of interest, and quickly get an AutoCAD drawing of the line work (and optionally Annotate it).
The source code to this plug-in was written in Visual Basic .NET 2003.
