GrowlCamino is a plugin for the Camino Web Browser that posts Growl notifications at useful moments. It provides a convenient Growl-based replacement for Camino's Downloads window and Popup Blocker.
Features
Downloads window

GrowlCamino prevents the Downloads window from opening when you start a download. It provides a Growl notification instead. You can click that notification to open the Downloads window if you want. Or you can wait until the download is complete. Then another notification will appear, which you can click to open the downloaded file.

If you miss the Downloads window, you can turn it back on by going to Camino -> Preferences -> GrowlCamino and unchecking 'Suppress the Downloads window'.
Popup blocker

Recent developer versions of Camino show a yellow bar when a popup has been blocked. GrowlCamino turns off this yellow bar altogether, replacing it with a Growl notification. Clicking the notification will open the relevant browser window and tab. Again, if you want the bar back, go to Camino -> Preferences -> GrowlCamino and unchecking 'Suppress the Popup blocked bar'.

Currently, GrowlCamino posts notifications for these events by default:

* Download Started (opens Downloads window)
* Short Download Complete (opens downloaded file)
* Download Complete (opens downloaded file)
* Download Failed (opens Downloads window)
* Popup blocked (opens relevant tab)
* Bookmarks Imported
* Bookmarks Exported

These are also available, but disabled by default:

* Page Loaded in Background (opens relevant tab)
* Page load failed (opens relevant tab)

GrowlCamino also provides a Preference Pane for Camino (choose Preferences from the Camino menu). It allows you to configure the following:

* Suppress the Camino Downloads window, so it doesn't pop up when downloads begin. (It will still pop up if you open it from the menu.) you can free download GrowlCamino 1.6 now.
