Editor: A program and document launcher. Uses an .INI file that can be configured very easily.
Can be stored in any directory, and uses the .ini file found in that directory.
Structure of the .ini file is two lines per option.
Divided into "Sections" i.e. program/document families and inside each section as many files to start as you wish.
