First: DIRD shows simultaneously two directory trees. Each tree contains the directories of a disk. You may see at the same time either two different disks (for instance: your C: and F:, the C: of another network computer on your network), or twice the same disk. If you are working on two distant directories, you will feel much more confortable. Second: you may synchronize totally or partially two directories: select on the letf a directory of your portable computer and on the right the same directory of your desk computer and update both from left to right and from right to left based upon the date and hour of the files.
