* Automatically sends follow-up reminder notices.

* Allows the user to efficiently document conversations and schedule follow up calls in the Contact Management section.
* Allows the user to establish payment plans with customers and automatically monitors the payment plan to ensure that the user is notified if the obligation is not met.
