I felt myself leave my physical body behind and I entered into a beautiful landscape where I felt the wonder of total enlightenment. The excitement and strangeness of this meant that unfortunately I was snapped back into my physical body with a jolt and I woke with a start.

Without realising it, I had experienced a lucid dream followed by a Brief but life changing out of body experience. I was kind of spooked but at the same time felt an overwhelming feeling of having found the secret to life itself, in fact I had finally found that certain something I had been missing in My Life through astral projection. I went to bed and the next morning when I woke, I felt a real sense of contented happiness. My life finally had the balance I craved for so many years. Over the coming weeks, I tried to repeat the same experience but it seemed the harder I tried, I just couldn't get into the same state of mind to even have a lucid dream let alone astral project.
