BS Editor: ArePoly is a calculation tool designed to quickly calculate Area of irregular shaped polygon lot boundaries. Boundary information is entered to the software in surveyor, simplified carpenter or point format. Once entry is completed, a report displays closure and area information.

While there are many high end CAD tools that also calculate lot boundaries, our objective is to keep this software easy to use and focused on professionals that need quick results with minimum efforts.

Boundary lines must not cross, otherwise results may not be accurate. ArePoly supports SI Metric and US Imperial units for entry.

Program has two modes: Surveyor Mode for advanced entry featuring Bearings and Distances as seen in a boundary survey, and Carpenter Mode for simplified entry of 45 degree intervals geared towards building foot prints type entries.
