It manages your olds backups automatically. Find right away all versions of some document. You can create a shortcut to an existing backup. Click in this shortcut and the backup will start right away.

You can create many backups configurations easily selecting folders, files and exceptions (folders or files).

While the backup is being done you will see a tree showing the folders where there were changes. You may choose a deeper or shallower tree view. If something unusual happens during the backup you will see it with the View Log menu option. You can browse and see what happened in previous backups.

With OpenBackup you always have a full backup in the New folder. You can let OpenBackup manage previous incremental backups merging it automatically using a policy defined by you. You may have many incremental backups done in a single day if you are working in a project and don't want to take risks. But why to have so many backups in a day of the last year? OpenBackup let you can define how many backups you desire and merge the remaining.
