different backups can be placed on different systems. Restore files & folders
with their original backup date. In addition to the backup features, it allows you
to view and sort folders by size and it provides a file search capability that provides
context with the files found.

Gold Nugget Backup gives you the ability to choose not only which files to back up but when you want them backed up as well. The program lets you select entire folder trees for backup or allows you to pick and choose which files to include or exclude. The Filter function will automatically include or exclude files of any type from the backup. With a timed backup operation, it’s easy to include certain files in one series, and keep them out of another. This useful feature affords you the flexibility to put certain types of data in one backup, but not in another (e.g. proprietary and non-proprietary information).

In addition to the backup features, the program also provides a search capability that will not only show the file name where the character string was found but also provide a line of context making the search much more useful. And you can view the context of any folder and see not only the standard Windows sort of name, date, and file size, but also the folder sizes. You can place all subfolders and their files into a single list and perform subsequent sorts on that list.
