ChGrabber save the internet resources as a Chakra/ChProxy persistent web cache. One domain is saved on single database (2 files) only. The user then access the persistent cache by using Chakra/ChProxy. If the user installed ChProxy, he/she can use any web browser (such as Internet Explorer, Netscape, Opera, etc).
On Chakra/ChProxy environment there is no different Between offline version and online version.
